What is a Development Program?

A Development Program is a bespoke series of outdoor sessions which has focus on a specific learning outcome.

 

The program is dynamic and adaptable to support the teams individual needs. 

 

The learning objectives can be based around your school values, specific school curriculum topics, or Everyone's Adventures the 4 pillars of well-being. (Self - Others - Community - Environment)

When will you see results? 

This is difficult to know because all of your students are unique...

​

The speed they absorb and retain information will be different from anyone else. 

​

What I can tell you is that a Development program is normally delivered over 2 days or 4 half days.

​

During this time we will support your students to develop their positive mindset. Your desired learning outcomes will be imbed within their activities and solidified with either a peer to peer review, a self reflection exercise, or group discussion. 

​

Teachers will be give free access to our free online activity database to support their students continuous emotional and social development.

​

Where will these activities take place? 

Option 1 - We can deliver this program at your schools location removing the hassle of travel for an additional small travel fee.

​

Option 2 - We can have a small woodland called Dudsbury Guide Ground located just outside of Ferndown. There is parking, toilets, access to a kitchen, and is perfect for your development day.
